4-H Summer Camp

Campbell County is camping with Appomattox / Lynchburg - Ages 9 to 13.

Camp Registration Process:

STEP 1: Families complete the google registration form (one form per child)

STEP 2: Pay local office the non-refundable camp deposit of $125

Families can pay any amount though $125 is minimum to secure each camp spot

STEP 3: Complete 4-H online enrollment: https://va.4honline.com/

* - Club will be '4-H Junior Summer Camp'

* - Project will be 'Personal Development'

Local scholarships are available. Please pick them up at the Extension office. They must be completed by both the parent / guardian and 4-H Camper to be eligible. Please return applications before March 30th.

Important Dates:

• March 1st

o camp registration opens at 8am

• March 30th

o deadline for scholarship application (additional applications may be considered after this date if funds are still available)

• April 1st

o scholarship applicants notified of scholarship offers

o If we are not able to meet the full need, families will have the choice at that time to have their deposit refunded OR keep their child registered and pay the remaining balance.

• April 17th

o $100 payment due for those interested in payment schedule

• May 15th

o $100 (remaining balance) due for those on payment schedule

o Deadline for any outstanding balances.
