4-H Summer Camp

Campbell - Appomattox Summer Camp info:

ATTENTION ALL - We are excited to announce that the 2025 4-H Summer Camp Registration opens on March 1st at 8am via this link: https://forms.gle/yiM4YAmNkN1Md6jd7

Here’s what you need to know:

Dates -

• Camp will be June 23 - 27th 2025

Camper Age -

• All youth ages 9-13 are welcome!

• must be 9 years old on or before September 30, 2025

• must be no older than 13 years old as of January 1, 2025

• Fourteen-year-olds interested in the counselor-in-training program or those 15-18 interested in being teen counselors please contact the extension office for additional info.

Camp Fees -

• $290 per camper- this covers all meals, lodging, classes, activities, & camp t-shirt -- everything except camp store items!

• A $100, non-refundable, deposit is due within 5 business days of registration to secure a camp spot. Payment is accepted via check, exact cash, or money order.

• Make checks payable to: “TREASURER OF VIRGINIA TECH” and in memo line put the camper’s full name.

• Financial Aid available until March 28th - please call or email for additional information.

Transportation -

• To keep costs as low as possible, transportation will need to be provided by parents/guardians

• camp will start on Monday June 23rd and end on Friday June 27th (drop off and pick up times will be from 9:30 a.m.-11 a.m.)

• A confirmation email with next steps will be sent within 2 business days following the registration form submission.
